Welcome to Plainly Elegant Lavender. We are a family-owned farm in Ann Arbor, Michigan, dedicated to botanical (lavender) farming and crafting artisanal vegan skincare, culinary, and wellness products. We are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking, motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors, learning new skills, and engaging with our local community.

Farm Operations Assistant (seasonal - 2026 season) - Apply Here
This is a unique opportunity that combines hands-on agricultural work with professional skill development. You will be working in the field and trained to operate specialized machinery, manage retail inventory, and process botanical crops. Please note: Our peak harvest season requires heavy hands-on work throughout June and July including weekends.
- Hours: Due to weather, each week may have differently scheduled hours. Minimum 32 hours per week commitment. Weekends are required. Peak harvest is scheduled to be from June 10th through July 29th. No scheduled weekend work July 2nd-5th.
- Requirements: Must be 18 or older, have a valid driver's license, possess basic mechanical aptitude, pass a basic background check, and be comfortable with physical labor in various weather conditions. Proof of ID will be requested after selection.
