Hand-cut in June at peak bloom. From the same field as our U-Pick rows. We grow Twickle Purple — an English lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) — chosen for Michigan winters and a flavor closer to violet than perfume.

Culinary lavender is closer to rosemary or thyme than to anything floral. A teaspoon goes farther than you'd guess.

Perfect for infusing teas, crafting artisanal beverages, or elevating culinary creations like shortbread, making simple syrup, herb blends, infused honey, or mixing into dark chocolate.

A teaspoon per cup of sugar; less in butter. If it ever tastes like soap, the answer is always: use less.

Store in a cool drawer. Fragrant for about a year.

Local pickup in Ann Arbor or shipping within Michigan. Cottage food rules keep us close to home — we like it that way.
